Tyson Foods Inc. recalled its fully cooked Panko Chicken Nuggets after some customers complained they’d found hard plastic in their poultry, the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced.

No injuries or adverse reactions have been reported. The department advised anyone who encounters the unwelcome synthetics to toss or return the product.
