There is an interesting article in Forbes that talks about how Italy, a country with so many food and culinary traditions, is a little slow in regards to financing and investing in new and modern food technologies and advancements.
A few Italian entrepreneurs have launched Rural Hub, a physical and virtual business incubator that will offer rural startups mentorship, research and connections to funds and investors.
