Accenture acquires Impendi, expanding a critical capability to Accenture’s growing offerings for this industry.
Impendi helps private equity companies make sourcing and procurement decisions that increase their profitability and improve the bottom line of their portfolio companies. The firm’s procurement analytics offering allows clients to track spend, identify opportunities for savings and cash release, and improve supplier diversity across their portfolio, as well as conduct due diligence and investment research.
