Moderated by Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive, this session will focus on proactive steps that companies can take to invest in this critical pipeline, from collaborations with school systems to internal CDL pathway programs.

Speakers include Lindsey Trent, president and co-founder, Next Generation in Trucking Association; Scott LaHaie, transportation business change manager, Gordon Food Service; and Dave Dein, co-founder, Next Generation in Trucking Association and teacher at Patterson High School.
