Ocean Shippers Cut Carbon Emissions

Report shows data representing 2,300 ships cut their carbon emissions 7% in 2011 to 2012

According to industry consultant group BSR in their 2013 "Collaborative Progress" report, more than 2,300 ships or up to 60 percent of global ocean container capacity, have cut their carbon emissions year on year, and by more than 7 percent between 2011 and 2012.
