Welcome to Day 3 of SCN Summit: Future of Supply Chains. So far, we’ve heard from industry experts from Softeon, Blue Yonder, Rubix, Enable, Crisp, riskmethods and RapidRatings, talk all things warehouse automation, e-commerce fulfillment, data collection, risk management and more.

Today, Dec. 8, kicks off at 10 a.m. CST with a presentation from Raj Patel, senior director, global 3PL industry strategy for Blue Yonder; Terence Leung, senior director, logistics product marketing for Blue Yonder; Mike Mulqueen, partner and strategy lead, transportation and logistics at JBF Consulting; and Jim Schmidt, director of supply chain transformation at Anheuser-Busch InBev talking about the future of transportation and logistics.

Then at Noon CST, Nari Viswanathan, senior director, product segment marketing at Coupa, will cover new ways to build resilience in your supply chain via intelligent decision-making and a continuous design process., will cover new ways to build resilience in the supply chain via intelligent decision-making and a continuous design process. 

We return tomorrow, Dec. 9 at 10 a.m. CST, where Armada execs Joseph Wildes, chief innovation officer; Loraine Yalch, chief commercial officer; and Deborah Gann, VP, business development, will discuss the current and evolving challenges facing supply chains and how broader visibility can help steady the course and proactively manage your business.

Then at Noon CST, Suraj Patil, assistant manager at Aranca, will be addressing some of the most promising trends in the industry, including factory-in-a box, IIoT vs. edge platforms, AR and VR in manufacturing, how to achieve an Industry 4.0 footprint and more.

Closing out SCN Summit: Future of Supply Chains at 2 p.m. CST is Karen Lobdell, senior manager, product management for Thomson Reuters, who will focus on current areas of risk with suppliers/business partners in some of the most critical areas of risk, such as cybersecurity, supply chain security, sanctions, embargos, natural disasters, regulatory changes and more.
