Yearsley Group, based in Lancashire, U.K. proposes a “super hub” on its Belle Eau Park at Bilsthorpe, including storage, distribution and office space, as well as a solar farm to power the new site, a project that will create 220 jobs, according to the Mansfield & Ashfield Chad in Mansfield, U.K.

Planners at Newark and Sherwood District Council recently give the work the green light.

Logistics director for the Yearsley Group, Tim Moran said: “Investing in our infrastructure and people is key to the future of Yearsley Logistics.

“The investment totals more than £15million and includes plans to create up to 220 new jobs for the local community.

“Redevelopment work at Belle Eau Park is already underway and due to be completed by the early part of next year.

“It is through a continued focus on our customers and the unparalleled service provided through our end to end supply chain, that Yearsley Logistics will remain ahead of the competition and continue to grow throughout the UK.”
