FDA Says Arsenic Levels in Rice Very Low

This is the first time FDA has released broad numbers on arsenic's presence in rice products

For the first time ever the Food and Drug Administration has released the results on the testing of more than 1,300 samples of rice and rice products for their levels or arsenic.

While the findings show the highest average levels in brown rice, the lowest in rice wine, the study in general found levels are far too low to cause any immediate or short-term adverse health effects. To read more, click HERE
