Optical Cherry Sorter Aids California Growers

New optical cherry sorters are helping growers in California cut costs, increase speed and improve efficiency. Fresh Fruit Portal explains that these new machines have been operating at O-G Packing by visually spotting “soft” cherries and removing them as they come through the line.
