Pleasant Prairie, WI: Rehrig Pacific Logistics (RPL) recently opened its new wood heat treatment facility in Waukegan, IL.

The heat treatment facility can provide services for wood pallets, crates, wood products and lumber. The facility meets all ISPM 15 requirements for phytosanitary treatment of new or used wood packaging materials.

Heat treated wood products will be clearly marked with the "HT" stamp required for international export under ISPM 15 regulations and the appropriate documentation to ship or sell products is included with the service. In addition, RPL can provide regional shipping of heat treated products.

The company currently operates 10 reverse logistics and pallet recycling centers throughout its nationwide network.
