Circana announced plans to acquire NCSolutions, the joint venture between Nielsen and Catalina, and Nielsen’s Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) business. These two acquisitions will expand Circana’s media measurement capabilities and increase its marketing mix modeling and unified measurement solutions and footprint.
