Nash Finch, Spartan Stores Announce Merger

Food wholesaler Nash Finch and Spartan Foods announced a merger last week valued at $1.3 billion. The deal will create a new company with 22 DCs in 37 states and a network of 177 retail outlets. To read more, click HERE.
