Food and Grocery Supply Chain Top of Mind at Manifest 2024

Manifest 2024 secured an incredible lineup of over 250 luminaries from across the global end-to-end supply chain and logistics ecosystem for its upcoming show, to take place Feb. 5-7, 2024 in Las Vegas.

From internationally recognized shippers and logistics players to startups, investors and technology pioneers, they're all taking the stage to talk trends, challenges, opportunities and more.

One such session is Food & Grocery Supply Chain - A Comprehensive Approach for Efficiency and Sustainability.

Moderated by Alexis Mizell, managing editor, Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive, the session featuring panelists such as Darko Mandich, CEO and co-founder, MeliBio; Jayson Berryhill, partner and co-founder, Wholechain; Owen Nicholson, CEO, SLAMcore; and Raul Bujalil, VP supply chain strategy and enablers, Kroger, will cover the rise in conscious consumer choices, new regulations such as the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulations (SFDR) and the EU Taxonomy (the EU's attempt to harmonize ESG disclosure standards across the continent) coming into force and what companies should be doing to future proof for what is to come.

The session will take place Feb. 7, 2024 at 2 p.m., and will entail discussion on global instability, domestic food security, simulation technology in warehousing, labor shortage, climate change, inventory management and more.
