Love's To Expand Fast-Fill CNG Access To More Truck Stops

The company previously announced plans for 11 Fast-Fill CNG travel stops across Texas and Oklahoma expected to be operational by the second quarter of 2014.

Love’s Travel Stops recently announced plans to introduce fast-fill compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station for heavy-duty trucks at its travel stop in Burbank, Ohio, by mid-summer 2014, following a recently signed agreement agreement between Love’s and Illinois-based Dillon Transport. The partnership with Love’s will allow Dillon Transport, which operates more than 400 trucks and 700 trailers in various parts of the nation, to designate 20 CNG trucks to the Burbank area.

Love’s Ohio location will also be a public access travel stop offering heavy duty CNG to all professional fleets and light duty CNG to passenger vehicles. Love’s Fast-Fill CNG gives drivers a similar experience to filling up with Love’s diesel or DEF, designed to deliver a fill rate of greater than 10 gallons per minute in all lanes, meaning a driver can fill a 100 gallon equivalent tank in 10 minutes or less.

Love’s previously announced it would expand its Love’s Fast-Fill CNG network at 11 of its travel stops across Texas and Oklahoma, including Fort Worth/Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Oklahoma City.
