Leftoverswap’s app lets users offer their leftovers to locals, who sign up to be notified when there's free food to be had in their area. The website Foodsharing.de is a non-profit organization. The Cropmobster website allows farmers to post excess crop that would otherwise be sent to the compost, and volunteers sign up to collect it for further distribution to charities.
