UK food giant admits to product shelf-life violations and is fined 151,500 pounds

It seems like a philosophical difference of opinion between 2 Sisters Food Group and the UK Food Standards Agency about the proper shelf life of certain products has hit the UK food manufacturer in the pocket instead, as they agreed to a 151,500 pound fine (nearly $244,000 dollars) and "council" costs of 41,000 pounds.
