The Associated Press is reporting that China’s national market regulatory agency will open an investigation on the packaging company Tetra Pak. The regulatory agency will look for potential abuses of market dominance by the Swiss based company. According to The Associated Press, “The investigation comes as China looks into possible price-fixing by foreign dairy suppliers and examines drug costs by 60 foreign and domestic companies.” To read more, click HERE.
