Canada's Bill C-28, better known as Canada’s Anti Spam Law or "CASL' for short, will be coming into enforcement soon and if you're not already complying with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 in your e-mail marketing efforts, you'll need to note that CASL's requirements cover all electronic messages and carry a maximum $10 million penalty.
