Canada Invests Big on Beef

Government offers millions to increase the competitiveness of the country's beef sector

The Canadian government has offered millions of dollars to help the country's beef industry start it's own Beef Cattle Industry Science Cluster intiative. The goal of the initiative is to bring the country's top experts, researchers and universities together to further the industry's development in areas of food safety, animal health and welfare and environmental sustainability.
