New Report Ranks Food Safety

A study examined by The Pig Site, assesses levels of food safety based on different types of meats. The report places pork in a “medium risk category” while ham and sausage are “low risk.” These levels are obtained based on likelihood of hospitalization and risk of pathogen contamination.
