New Chief Executive at TT Club Takes Up the Reins
Kevin King has been confirmed as CEO of the specialist transport and logistics insurer TT Club, completing a planned move announced last year. Acting as deputy CEO to Charles Fenton over the last year, King and Fenton have worked closely to complete a smooth and efficient transfer of responsibilities. He has officially taken up this position from 1st August.
BlueGrace Logistics Announces Executive Promotions
BlueGrace announces the promotion of Mike Meier to CFO and the transition of Mike Dolski to senior VP of Treasury & Risk Management. These strategic changes reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to driving growth and expanding its operations in North America.
Mike Meier, who has served as the CSO for the past four years, will step into the role of CFO. With a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, Meier has been instrumental in steering BlueGrace Logistics through significant growth phases. As CFO, Mike Meier will oversee financial operations, reporting, planning, and strategy as BlueGrace Logistics expands its footprint into Mexico and Canada and focuses on future transactions that will drive further growth.
Mike Dolski, who has been with BlueGrace Logistics since 2010 as the CFO, will now assume the role of SVP, Treasury & Risk Management. In this capacity, Dolski will continue to play a crucial role in managing the company’s financial operations, exposure, and ensure stability as the company navigates its expansion and new business ventures. Mike Dolski’s extensive experience and deep knowledge of the company’s financial landscape will provide support during this time of expansion.
Arrive AI Bolsters Its Team with Two Additions
Arrive AI announces that John Gallina, former executive VP and CFO of Elevance Health, and Jim Brainard, former mayor of Carmel, Ind., have joined the company. Gallina joined the board of directors and will chair the Audit Committee, and Brainard will lead the company's municipal partner development efforts.
New Responsibilities in People & Organization and Legal and Compliance for Siemens
Annette Kraus (48) will take over an expanded role within the People & Organization leadership team. Effective October 1, 2024, she will assume the role of executive vice president Social and Industrial Relations and People & Organization Germany, moving on from her role as chief compliance officer for Siemens AG.
Hanno Kunkel (50) will become chief compliance officer, head of the global Compliance organization and Human Rights Officer of Siemens AG effective October 1, 2024. He succeeds Annette Kraus.
Norfolk Southern Names Anil Bhatt Chief Information and Digital Officer
Norfolk Southern is elevating the power of technology and innovation to drive its transformative, balanced strategy as it brings onboard Anil Bhatt, a technology leader recognized for pioneering cutting-edge solutions to advance and shape the direction of enterprises. Bhatt will serve as executive vice president and chief information and digital officer, reporting to president and CEO Alan Shaw.
As a critical member of the executive team, Bhatt will partner with chief marketing officer Ed Elkins on driving better technology solutions for customers to enhance service and build a platform for growth. He will also work closely with chief operating officer John Orr on finding ways that technology can further safety, operational productivity and efficiency.
Surgere Hires First Chief Revenue Officer to Drive Growth
Surgere names Nykaj Nair as the company’s first chief revenue officer, an important step forward as Surgere seeks to drive significant new growth, enter new industries and deliver boundary-pushing solutions for customers everywhere.
Nair brings more than two decades of experience in business development, sales, and leadership for global companies. Most recently, Nair served as managing director and GM for Global IoT sales for Cisco, a worldwide software, networking, security, computing and technology leader. There, he led strategy on Cisco’s internet of things (IoT) solutions, experience he will draw on to take Surgere into a new era.
