Carrier Transicold recently unveiled their new Virtual Tech Application, which is an all-inclusive diagnostic application that constantly monitors the trailer refrigeration unit operation to help avert potential system problems.
“It helps take the guesswork out of refrigeration unit service, making troubleshooting easier and faster, and improving equipment uptime in the process,” says Mark Fragnito, Carrier Transicold’s product manager, electronics.
