Highway Launches Network Intelligence to Maximize Carrier Relationships

Highway launched Network Intelligence, a new set of TFX capabilities that brings TFX and Lane Intelligence directly into the broker's existing carrier sales workflow.

Rather than requiring representatives to stop what they're doing and search for capacity or freight opportunities separately, Network Intelligence surfaces the broker's most relevant available freight while they are already working with a carrier. Representatives can quickly see where that carrier fits across their network, uncover additional opportunities, and turn a single conversation into a broader discussion about available freight.

"Carrier reps shouldn't have to bounce between screens, searches, and TMSs while they're working with a carrier," says Mark Ford, chief capacity officer at Highway. "We've built a tremendous amount of intelligence into TFX, and Network Intelligence brings every available opportunity a broker has for that carrier into one place, so reps spend their time on the conversation, and brokers get more out of the carriers they already trust."

Ongoing interests can be saved as Capacity Indicators, so Highway automatically identifies and surfaces matching opportunities as new loads become available.
