The food quality conference will focus on increasing challenges and complexity posed by diverse aspects of food quality, ranging from international and local/regional issues in food safety and hygiene to food biotechnology, and to the application of molecular approaches in all aspects of modern food quality. This conference also focuses on a wide variety of current research on microbes that have both beneficial and deleterious effects on the safety and quality of foods, and thus, are a concern of public health.
