Watco Supply Chain Services, L.L.C., a Watco Companies subsidiary, announces the acquisition of BCM Logistics, LLC. The Clearfield, Utah-based company provides door to door intermodal, operating as an Intermodal Marketing Company (IMC), contracting direct with the Class I Railroads and the majority of the ocean carriers for repositioning of containers in domestic service.

BCM Logistics was founded in 2001 by Mike and Chad Schilleman.
