Axiom Cloud announced its next-generation Customer Web Portal, a new platform that simplifies and streamlines how customers predictively diagnose, understand, batch, prioritize, dispatch, and document issues such as refrigeration leaks.

The modern platform also includes integrations with leading computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and refrigerant tracking systems (RTS).

·        The CMMS integrations automatically generate work orders that include urgency rankings, financial impact estimates, visual data evidence, root cause analysis in plain English, and specific action steps, everything needed to minimize callbacks and increase first-time fix rates. The platform integrates with existing refrigeration controllers, data connections, CMMS platforms, and RTS solutions.

·        For compliance-critical operations like refrigerant leak management, Axiom's new Customer Web Portal includes automatic leak detection (ALD) to detect the leak early, automated dispatch of a service call via the existing CMMS to address the leak (at the customer's discretion), and automatic export of data to the existing RTS for documentation/reporting requirements (also at the customer's discretion). Customers receive required ALD compliance reports for the EPA, CARB, NY RMP, and other state regulatory authorities across all applicable sites.
