
A tanker carrying 40,000 pounds of liquid chocolate rolled over on an interstate near Flagstaff, Arizona on Monday, flooding the road with the dessert.
The single-vehicle accident left lanes blocked for four hours as crews cleared away the chocolate. Fortunately, chocolate is biodegradable.

According to CNN, a the trailer detached from the main truck, causing the tanker to roll over and become heavily damaged. Crews had to pump out the liquid into the media so the tanker could be lifted onto a tow truck.
