Grocery Chain Takes Advice On Sustainable Seafood From Local Aquarium

The Fresh Market Inc., a grocery chain of 130 stores, is seeking advice from the New England Aquarium about sustainable fishing practices and responsible aqua farming. According to Boston.com the New England Aquarium operates the Sustainable Seafood Advisory Service. “The consultancy advises companies in the food industry on issues regarding environmentally responsible seafood and facilitates proactive changes along their supply chains to favor marine conservation.” To read more, click HERE.
