The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration published a final rule in regards to registration that will give carriers, freight forwarders and brokers all less paperwork. The FMCSA will be creating an electric "smart form" that will combine the info from 16 different forms into a Web-based Unified Registration System that they hope to have up and running by 2015.
