AutoScheduler.AI Adds John Kelly as VP of Sales 

AutoScheduler.AI announces that John Kelly has joined the company as vice-president of sales. He will lead the Go to Market initiative for AutoScheduler.AI to acquire net new customers and grow and expand projects with existing customers. 

Previously, John was head of sales at Kargo, an AI and computer vision company bringing visibility and inventory integrity into supply chains. He also worked as the senior director of enterprise sales for FLEXE, a leading online marketplace for on-demand warehousing solutions. In addition, he held various sales positions at LLamasoft and Lean Logistics. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Grand Valley State University. He has also volunteered as President of the CSCMP Board of Directors in Michigan. 

Motive Brings on Chirag Shah as CFO

Motive announces that Chirag Shah has joined the company as chief financial officer (CFO). With nearly two decades of expertise in strategic finance and operational leadership, Chirag will be instrumental in strengthening Motive’s financial strategy and operations.        

Chirag previously served as CFO at Kong, where he helped the company triple its ARR during his tenure and significantly improve operational efficiency. He also recently facilitated the completion of a successful fundraise at an increased valuation. 

Food Lion President Meg Ham to Retire in May 2025

Ahold Delhaize USA announces that Meg Ham, president of Food Lion, plans to retire in May 2025, after more than 35 years with the organization. She has been at the helm of Food Lion for more than a decade and has been part of the brand’s unprecedented growth, grounded in Food Lion’s heritage of customer service and convenient locations. A successor for Ham will be announced before year-end.

Norfolk Southern Names Ann A. Adams Chief Human Resources Officer

Norfolk Southern Corporation names Ann A. Adams as chief human resources officer, with responsibility for human resources and labor relations, reporting to CEO Mark George. In addition, PC Bryant has been named vice president human resources, reporting to Adams.     

Adams joined Norfolk Southern in 2001 as a manager in Human Resources. From there, she progressed through roles of increasing responsibility that gave her experience across the business, including her role as chief transformation officer, which combined HR, labor relations, corporate communications, IT and sustainability.   

Since joining Norfolk Southern in 2020 as assistant vice president human resources, Bryant has led organizational change initiatives, workforce planning, performance management, training and more.        

Appointments to the Management Board of GEODIS

GEODIS announces the following appointments:

  • Eric Martin-Neuville appoints executive vice president, Asia-Pacific & Middle East
  • Henri Le Gouis appoints executive vice president, Global Freight Forwarding

Martin-Neuville and Le Gouis are members of the Group’s management board, under the chairmanship of Marie-Christine Lombard, CEO of GEODIS.
