Ocado Group to Acquire 6 River Systems

Ocado Group formed an agreement with Shopify to acquire 6 River Systems.

This announcement comes off the heels of Flexport acquiring Shopify.

• 6 River Systems provides collaborative autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) to the logistics and non-grocery retail sectors. Its AMR named Chuck provides automated assistance to pickers in a warehouse, working collaboratively with human operators.
