Atlanta: Americold Realty Trust has signed a five-year triple net lease with Target Corp. for approximately 100,000 square feet of space at the company’s Phoenix temperature-controlled warehouse.
The facility, located at 455 S. 75th Avenue, will serve as a regional cold-storage and distribution center for Target in support of its frozen food business.
The lease commenced on May 1, 2010 and brings the building to 100 percent occupancy.
