Developing a natural gas processing plant, which can create approximately 200 jobs and can turn food waste into natural gas, may be in the works around the east side of Stanley, WI.
“It’s clean, it’s pure,” Rob Larsen, a partner with Green Energy Partners, said of the food waste-to-gas process.
The plant would be near Copenhaver Road on Stanley’s east side, and city officials want that road to eventually include an interchange with Highway 29.
