New regulations also apply to diesel-powered "nonroad" vehicles, not just over-the-road trucks

The EPA's new Tier 4 final standards, one that mandates that harmful emissions from diesel-powered lift trucks be reduced by more than 90 percent compared with emissions levels before the regulations were first imposed, are going to cause issues for manufacturers and fleet operators alike.
