Kaleris Acquires CAMS Software

Kaleris acquired CAMS Software, a provider of transportation solutions designed specifically for large-scale grocery distribution. The acquisition expands the Kaleris portfolio, launching a comprehensive enterprise yard and transportation management suite that optimizes key aspects of transportation planning and execution at warehouses, distribution centers and manufacturing facilities.
