MBody AI merged with Check-Cap, creating a newly public company focused on advancing AI-powered robotics automation across hospitality, foodservice and commercial operations.

In connection with the closing of the merger, John Fowler was appointed CEO, taking over for David Lontini, who resigned as the company’s interim CEO.

Tim Hayden was appointed CFO, taking over for Alan Lewis, who resigned as the company’s chief financial officer.
