ZS Robotics debuted its ZS-H150 four-way shuttle, a mature and highly reliable workhorse extensively validated across numerous global projects.

Also new to the U.S. market is ZS-H125, a lightweight model that features what is said to be the world’s first 20-wheeled four-way pallet shuttle.

"We aim to solve the warehousing challenges of customers across various industries as comprehensively as possible with a more complete, integrated hardware and software product portfolio," says William Li, sales director at ZS Robotics. “From Day 1, we’ve been striving to deliver the most refined product — safe, effortless to use, and designed to lower total cost through technology, not trade-offs. We are confident to deliver lasting value to U.S. customers without sacrificing quality.”

Key takeaways:

·        The full portfolio complies with CE, UL, and CSA certifications, ensuring complete safety compliance for the North American market.

·        The H125 Shuttle: A lightweight 4-way shuttle delivers 1,500-kg load capacity, ensuring exceptional stability and durability in warehouse operations. Key features include pallet onboard weighing function, enhanced reliability through a 27% higher part integration rate, a 50AH battery delivering 10-12 hours of field-validated runtime, and smooth, quiet travel that enables gap crossing with minimal noise and reduced rack wear.

·        The H150 Shuttle: A mature workhorse, it featrues a space-efficient in-rack lift that occupies only a single storage position, regardless of location, significantly increasing overall warehouse storage density without layout constraints.

·        ZSmart Intelligent Platform: An integrated software suite (including WMS, WCS, and RCS) leverages advanced algorithms to optimize warehouse efficiency and provide a user-friendly interface for seamless operations.

·        Cold chain camera system: A dual-camera setup that combats the fogging and frost that can disable traditional single-camera and mirror systems in extreme temperature fluctuations, guaranteeing consistent performance in cold chain environments.

·        Mechanical anti-fall lock: This prevents shuttles from falling thanks to a gravity-operated mechanical lock that ensures a secure "handshake" between the shuttle and the lift.

·        Pallet Stopper Device: A mechanical solution that corrects pallet deviation caused by repeated handling, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.

·        Charging Safety Chamber: A physical safety mechanism that automatically seals and activates fire suppression within the charging area if temperatures become too high, mitigating the risk of lithium battery thermal runaway at the source.

·        Advanced Cluster Scheduling: Proprietary algorithms enable dynamic, optimal path planning for large-scale shuttle fleets, automatically balancing loads across different levels, zones, and equipment without manual intervention, even during peak outbound periods.

·        Independent Control Terminal: The industry-standard practice of one remote per vehicle is replaced with a single tablet that can control multiple shuttles simultaneously.

·        Visualized Warehouse Management: A 2D/3D real-time rendering interface provides operators with a complete at-a-glance view of inventory location and equipment status.

·        System reconstruction for issue resolution: Instead of relying on traditional log files and code-level debugging, ZS Robotics' system can reconstruct and replay the exact scenario preceding a problem, allowing operators to quickly identify and resolve root causes.
