Largest planned project

In December 2019, SalesLeads identified two new distribution and supply chain facility construction projects with an estimated value of $100 million or more.

The largest project is owned by Walmart, who is planning to invest $200 million for the construction of a 1.8 million-square-foot distribution facility in Topeka, Kan.

Connecticut

A supermarket chain is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on recently leased 975,000 square feet of distribution space in Manchester, Conn. The company expects to occupy the space in the fall.

Illinois

A logistics service provider is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on an additional 125,000 square feet of recently leased distribution space in Shorewood, Ill.

A dairy products manufacturer is expanding and planning for the construction of a 420,000-square-foot distribution facility in Carthage, Mo.
