Researchers Create New Anti-Erasing Ink

ATE is inkjetted on packaging to stop tampering and counterfeiting, increase traceability

Researchers in the Department of Applied Biology and Chemical Technology at Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) have developed an innovative Anti-Erasing (ATE) Ink for use in various kinds of fast-moving consumer goods such as food and drink packaging.

With finanical assistance from Hallyuen Holding Limited, PolyU Professor Pei Li and her research team have developed a series of anti-counterfeiting products, including irremovable coatings and ATE Inks. To read more, click HERE.
