FMCSA Deny Request to Delay

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration refused a delay petitioned for by the ATA. The American Truckers Association hoped to delay changes to new rules for hours-of-services to truck drivers. Current litigation will cost the industry $320 million dollars.
