Time-Temperature Labels Gain EFSA Approval

European Food Safety Authority allows active materials on packaging

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has ruled to allow for the use of active materials on the outside of food packaging, opening the door for new time-temperature labels to be used on cold chain foods. To read more, click HERE.
