House Approves FUEL Act

The FUEL proposal would place a higher responsibility on farmers and ranchers.

The Farmers Undertake Environmental Land Stewardship (FUELS) Act has been approved by the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.

The legislation directs the EPA administrator to raise exemption levels for a single fuel container at any farm.
