ORTEC introduced new capabilities for e-grocery delivery operations through its ORTEC for Home Delivery (OHD) solution suite, a platform that combines AI-driven optimization, advanced analytics, and integrated planning to help grocery retailers improve delivery performance, reduce costs, and scale in an increasingly complex last-mile environment.
