Cargofy launched Cargofy 2.0, where its core is Architect, an AI agent that learns how a company moves goods and builds the software around it in a few hours.

"Everyone's hiring forward-deployed engineers. It's expensive, it's slow, and if the customer is in a country where you have no engineers, you're stuck," says Stakh Vozniak, CEO of Cargofy. "We had an agent ask the questions and come back with a map of the company in minutes."

Key takeaways:

·       Architect starts from a company's domain. From public sources, it tells whether the company ships freight or carries it, and which operations it runs. The company corrects the details, such as shipment volumes.

·       An AI agent then conducts an interview the leadership team and asks what public data doesn't cover. Once the executives approve what it found, Architect builds the platform.

·       After setup, Architect keeps working. Teams ask for a change in chat or by voice, and it builds it in a couple of hours.

·       Use cases include collecting freight rates from carriers by phone and WhatsApp. Instead of three offers, teams may get 15. Another example is tracking carrier locations. An agent calls 500 carrier partners every morning, asks where they are and updates the system.

·       For freight pricing, an agent calculates the cost of a shipment and emails brokers and other agents to collect the information needed.

·       The agents work in the channels teams already use: WhatsApp, phone, email and API. A chat can start in one and finish in another, and the agent remembers it all. Cargofy connects to 100-plus apps, from document tools to a TMS. The agents can write the results there.
