QAD Inc. announced plans to acquire Kavida Technologies Ltd., fast-tracking QAD’s Champion AI roadmap and introducing immediate, high-impact automation for manufacturers.
“Manufacturers don’t have time to wait for AI to mature — they need results today,” says Sanjay Brahmawar, CEO of QAD | Redzone. “By integrating Kavida.ai’s technology and team, we’re helping our customers unlock value faster — automating critical workflows, improving supply chain reliability, and giving every buyer, planner, and supplier a powerful digital co-pilot. This isn’t about adding another AI feature, it’s about redefining how manufacturing work gets done.”
“We built Kavida.ai to solve one of manufacturing’s most painful problems — the friction between supplier collaboration and enterprise systems,” says Anam Rahman, CEO and co-founder of Kavida.ai. “Joining QAD | Redzone allows us to scale that vision globally." Dr. Sumit Sinha, CTO and Co-Founder of Kavida.ai, adds: “Together we’ll accelerate the Champion AI roadmap and deliver agents that make manufacturers faster, smarter, and more adaptive.”
