Add ADX's EDI and XML services to Sterling's existing business integration solutions

Columbus, OH — April 24, 2003 — Business integration solutions provider Sterling Commerce and Advanced Data Exchange (ADX), a provider of electronic data interchange (EDI) and XML translation services for mid-size and small suppliers, have announced a partnership to supplement the Sterling Commerce community building services. Sterling Commerce said it has added the ADX services to its existing offerings to help its customers reach their suppliers regardless of size or technical capabilities.

Based on their requirements, customers select from a variety of business transaction management tools including Sterling Web Forms, Sterling eTransaction Manager, other partner solutions and now ADX services, according to the providers. As a result, enterprise customers can leverage their existing EDI systems and the Sterling Information Broker network to extend electronic trading relationships to their suppliers.
