Food Safety Preventive Controls Forum

The American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI) and the California League of Food Processors (CLFP) invite you to attend the annual Food Safety Preventive Controls Forum scheduled for Oct. 6-9 at the Hyatt Regency Monterey in Monterey, Calif. Presented by top experts, the annual Food Safety Preventive Controls Forum will focus on fundamental Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements and provide guidance on how these requirements can be blended into existing in-plant food safety programs. The Forum will provide relevant information for any food or ingredient company regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).  Food safety consultants, auditing firms and other service providers will also benefit from our line-up of expert speakers and interaction with fellow attendees and exhibitors.
