Echo Global Logistics, Inc. announced plans to acquire third-party logistics (3PL) provider ITS Logistics.
The combination will create one of the leading transportation and logistics platforms, expanding Echo's scale while accelerating the evolution of ITS' differentiated solutions through Echo's technology platform.
