3M Launches New 48-Hour Yeast/Mold Test

New technology tests for over 40 strains of yeast and mold commonly found in food products

The scientists at 3M Food Safety have launched a new indicator test for yeasts and molds in foods that will get results in as little as 48 hours, severly speeding up the time from it's typical five to seven day waiting period with convential methods. To read more, click HERE.
