Qualcomm Sells its Logistics Segment

$800-million deal includes units in US, Canada and Latin America

The wireless technology giant recently sold its transportation and logistics business, Omnitracs, to Vista Equity Partners in an $800 million deal. Qualcomm expects the deal, which will be complete sometime in early 2014, to leverage their position in the rapidly evolving fleet management and telematics sectors. To read more, click HERE.
